Payment

Once you have made your booking with The Linden Centre, you will receive a confirmation by email. You are required to make a deposit payment to The Linden Centre within 7 days of making your booking, the amount and schedule are listed on the Tour Contract and Form. The final payment will be due 60 days before the tour begins.


Tour Inclusions

Each Linden Centre tour includes different services in terms of transportation, meals and activities. This information can be found under Themed Programs under the Programs page.


Cancellation by Client

Should you (the client) choose to cancel a tour, the Linden Centre must be notified in writing or via email.


The following cancellation fees apply for our Themed Tours:

  • - more than 60 days before departure, loss of deposit
  • - 59 days or less before departure, no refund.
  • No refund will be made should you voluntarily leave a tour early.

Cancellation by the Linden Centre

In the event that the Linden Centre cancels a trip, notification will be given no less than 60 days before the departure date of the trip. The Linden Centre will return all money paid for the trip cost. The Linden Centre is not liable for any other money paid, including flight ticket purchases. Please note this excludes cancellations due conditions outside The Linden Centre's control such as war, natural disaster, political instability, etc. In such an event no money will be returned by The Linden Centre and you will need to make a claim on your travel insurance.


Itineraries

Every effort will be made to adhere to the published itinerary. However, the Tour Director reserves the right to change the itinerary for reasons beyond our control such as safety, disease, war, natural disaster or changed local conditions. Any client not adhering to changes made for these reasons will be deemed to have left the tour and is no longer under the care of the Linden Centre.


Insurance

There are two basic types of insurance to be considered: Medical and Trip interruption/cancellation. Medical (emergency and evacuation) insurance is REQUIRED for all guests on our themed programs. Our themed programs include medical insurance (emergency and evacuation) in the packaged tour price, and each individual may request to include trip interruption/cancellation via our provider, AIG TravelGuard, for a nominal fee (see immediately below).


I wish to purchase travel interruption and cancellation insurance through the Linden Centre's primary provider, AIG TravelGuard.


Responsibility

The Linden Centre is responsible for the services provided. However, in the absence of negligence on their part, The Linden Centre and other associated agents are not responsible for accidents, loss, detention, annoyance, sickness, loss of enjoyment, upset or disappointment, weather, delays and expenses arising from same; fatality, strikes, armed conflict, force majeure, failure of transportation to arrive or depart as scheduled, quarantines, disturbances, restrictions or regulations, discontinuance of advertised schedules, refusals to issue visas, and other causes over which we have no control. All services are subject to the laws of the country in which they are rendered.
